Punctuality (overall)


• Defined as the number of punctual revenue take-offs divided by the number of all revenue take-offs.
• The number of punctual revenue take-offs is calculated as all revenue take-offs minus revenue take-offs   with a delay of more than 15 minutes.


Punctuality (technical)

• Defined as the number of technically punctual revenue take-offs divided by the number of all revenue      take-offs.
• The number of technically punctual take-offs is calculated as all take-offs minus the number of take-  offs with a technical delay of more than 15 minutes.

Punctuality (technical) FRA

• Defined as the number of technically punctual revenue take-offs in FRA divided by the number of all revenue take-offs in FRA.


Delay Duration

• Defined as the total of technical delay duration divided by the number of all revenue take-offs.
• The total of technical delay duration is calculated as the sum of all durations of technical delays of more than 15 Minutes.


More Ground Time

• Defined as "more" on-ground time divided by the planned technical on-ground time.
• "More" on-ground time is calculated as the sum of all "more" on-ground times (MGT). Planned technical on-ground time is calculated as the   sum of on-ground times for A-Checks (Netline plug "A" or "AAD"), C-Checks (C), special arranged layovers (SLZ), special orders (SO) and   scheduled on-ground times (SGT).


Availability (technical)

• Defined as technical on-ground time divided by A/C service time.
• Technical on-ground time is calculated as the sum of on-ground times for A-Checks (NetLine plug "A" or "AAD"), "Aircraft On Ground" (AOG),   scheduled on-ground times (SGT), unscheduled on-ground times (UGT) and "more" on-ground times (MGT).
• A/C service time is calculated as the sum of A/C in-service days.


H/I Deferred Items

• Defined as the number of open items with classification "handicap" (H) or "important" (I) divided by the number of aircraft in the fleet at a   given time.
