 iCargo – The world standard in integrated cargo

iCargo™ is the next generation business, web-based solution suite from
IBS designed to meet the requirements of modern air cargo carriers,
ground handling agents as well as airports providing cargo handling
services. The iCargo suite offers a comprehensive set of solutions that
addresses the current and future requirements of air cargo and logistics
management – bringing innovation, agility and cost effectiveness to
the airline industry. iCargo is designed and developed completely on
new generation technologies and technology platforms such as J2EE
and Oracle RDBMS. The solution suite combines the power of advanced

iCargo is designed to support every facet of air cargo management and
meet the requirements of cargo carriers and service providers – large or
small.
The iCargo solution suite was developed in collaboration with five major
air cargo carriers and service providers called the Core Group of Influence
(CGI) who, along with IBS, created the blueprints for a next generation
cargo management system. The focus was on creating a cargo system of
the future which was fully capable of handling current business practices.
The CGI was also involved in business requirements validation as well as
end user product testing. |

Industry Initiatives
IBS is part of a number of industry initiatives in the Travel Transportation
and Logistics domain and is constantly working toward incorporating the
